BACKGROUND

The quality management research of Mongolian health service is made on basis analysis from current health service quality situation and its quality management, and

comparison with the Baldrige Health Care Criteria for Per-formance Excellence 2013-2014 which became the integrated quality management standard developed by the National

Institute of Standard and Technology, USA, and developed the relevant conclusions and recommendations. The Thesis is special due to the offer of the new standards particularly

useful for the quality management improvement of the Mongolian health services. It should be noticed that the Mongolian health sector quality monitoring system needs to be

transformed to the integrated quality management system.
