Detailed research works directed to establish the differences and similarities of the theoretical and methodological Basis of Chinese and Mongolian Traditional Medicine have been carried out. Theoretic-analytical works have been conducted in 284 young persons, (male-52, female-232). Every person-quantitative expression of abstract code of yin-yang and khii, shar, badgan was evaluated by using the Dokam-1 computerized program. The results of investigation were aimed to establish a correlation between yin-yang abstract code and khii, shar, badgan abstract code through "membrane-redoxypotential's three state system". We demonstrated that a close positive relationship (r= +0.78) exists between yang-shar abstract code and a-state of membrane structure oxypotentials. We also demonstrated a close positive correlation (r = + 0.82) between a-state of membrane structure, red potentials and ying-badgan abstract codes. The mechanism of action of anti impotence preparations has occurred by decreasing the concentration of toxic lipid pereoxidation products in testis, improving the membrane stability and increasing the testis weight and index, and quantity of spermatozoids.
