Абстракт
 
Background: The present study could be beneficial in pediatric practice, as
well as in pediatric otolaryngology, also in emergency care and in early diagnoses
and treatment of diseases and in phonation study. The aim of this study was to
determine the specificity of structure and measurements as well as the development
of larynx
Methods: We have enrolled overall 40 fetuses which has died with non
congenital abnormalities, in both sexes, aged from 18 weeks into 42 weeks. The
statistical program SPSS 18 was used for further analyses.
Results: The following results were obtained from the study.
The height of cricoids posterior and age of fetuses was correlated (r = 0,92).
The age of fetuses increased for a week the height of cricoids posterior is increased
by 0.2 fold /male- 0,21; female 0,19/. The height of thyroid and age of fetuses
was estimated to r = 0,94, quotient of regression is equal to к = 0,2 /male-0,25;
female-0,24/. The thickness of thyroid and age of fetuses was estimated to r =
0,94, quotient of regression was estimated to к=0,3 / male -0,36; female-0,34/.
The height of junction in thyroid lamina and age of fetuses was estimated to r =
0,89, quotient of regression was estimated к=0,1 / male-0,16; female-0,14/. The
height of vocal cord and age of fetuses was estimated to r = 0,93, quotient of
regression was equal to к = 0,2 /male- 0,24; female-0,26/. Lumen of cricoids and
age of fetuses was estimated to r = 0,80, quotient of regression was equal to к
= 0,1 /male-0,17; female-0,10/ . The distance of anterior and posterior wall of
cricoids cartilage and age of fetuses was estimated to r = 0,84, regression is equal
to 0,1 /male-0,15 female-0,12/.
Conclusion: The results of our study permit to suggest that the measurement of
larynx is directly correlated to gestational age and height of fetuses. Age specificity
is might be influencing factor of larynx morphometry.
