Абстракт
Background: In traditional medicine Lonicera Altaica is known for its treating liver,
stomach and cardiac disorders, moreover, it is used for rejuvenation.
The aim of this study was to prepare spissum extract from the fruits of Lonicera altaica
Pall.
Methods: Size of crushed, suitable solvent and Coefficient of extra gent diffusion were
determined by I. A. Muraveiv’s and Yu. G. Pshukov’s methods. Extract was prepared by A.I
Chulkov`s repercolation method.
Mongolian pharmacopoeia was used for determination of quality parameters of spissum
extract of the Lonicera altaica Pall.
Results: Suitable technological parameters were defined as: Suitable solvent -70%
ethanol extract with 1% citric acid, suitable size of crushed – 1mm, Coefficient of extra
gent diffusion was 1.45. Qualitative parameters of the spissum extract were determined as:
total flavonoid content 7.3%, anthocyanin content 2556.2 mg/%, moisture 24.5%, while
heavy metal аnd total bacteria were not detected in the spissum extract.
Conclusion: We prepared spissum extract from the Lonicera altaica Pall. It is a viscous,
black color, bitter taste of medicinal plant.
