Абстракт

Uveitis is an umbrella term for intraocular inflammation and encompasses a wide variety of clinical disorders, including both mild and severe types of potentially sight-threatening intraocular inflammation1.

Anterior uveitis (AH) is an inflammatory disorder of the anterior structures of the uveal tract, including the anterior chamber, the iris, and the ciliary body. Acute anterior uveitis (AAU) is the most common form, accounting for 75% of all uveitis cases, with a yearly incidence of 8 per 100,000 in the general population2.

Aqueous humor (AH) from patients with idiophatic AH, compared with non-inflammatory controls, had significantly increased levels of CD4+T cells and decreased IL-10 but not if associated with a systemic disease4. AH cytokine profiling has also shown higher levels of both INF-γγ and IL-10 but with decreased IL-12 in FHC compared with idiophatic5.

From studies between 1994-1996 by E.Sanjaa and B.Javzandulam, Uveitis is estimated to be responsible for approximately 8, 25% of ophthalmic diseases and became one the main reasons of vision loss and disability to work. Uveitis from injury is 10-30% of overall eye damages involving the interior of the eye6.

To make a model for immunology responses of Uveitis and its pathogenesis that takes a place in Mongolia.

We were chosen 19 patients with uveitis who were treated in ophthalmology units of the First General Hospital, Third, the Clinic II a General Hospital and an ophthalmology clinic “Orbita”. The purpose of this study was to determine the plasma levels of pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines in uveitis group. All samples analysed by commercially available specific anzyme linked immune-absorbent assays for the cytokines IL-10. The procedure was performed in accord with manufacturer’s protocol.
