Абстракт

Objective:  To study microbiological detergent and to determine its antibiotic sensitivity for improving  treatment options in Mongolian context.

Methods: Two hundred and fifty four children diagnosed with phielonefritis at out and inpatient clinic of MCHRC from 2004 to 2008 were studied retrospectively and prospectively. Moreover, the urine was analyzed at bacteriological laboratory and used microscopic method in order to differentiate microbe colony by its morphologic and biochemical characteristics.

Results:  The study results of urine bacteriological test for those children who had phielonefritis indicate that over half of cases were tested with infection (53.93%) whereas 46.06% were free of infection. From those infection in 37% was E.coli, 11.41% was Еnterobacter and other kinds of bacteria’s were detected. Totally, there are six kinds of bacteria were detected and determined antibiotic sensitivity for those bacteria’s by 179 characteristics. Out of which: 95 cases were sensitive for Cephalosporin group, 31 cases for Aminoglycosidy, 9 cases for Levomecitini and 2 cases for co-trymixazole respectively. It is possible to treat child phielonefritis by Cephalosporin group antibiotics for 69.34% and by Ciprofloaksacini for 26.27% effectively.

Conclusion: The main bacteria’s which can be caused for child phielonefritis are E.coli (68.61%) and Enterobacter (21.16 %) respectively and  out of those bacteria’s for  69.34%  were sensitive for Cephalosporin group antibiotics.
