Studying mechanism of cytokine which excrete during stress and preventing from it stress is one of the main factors of strengthening health of population, increasing labour ability and forming condition of living for a long time. This problem is one of confronted problem of modern medicine. We had aim of studying comparatively change of immune system in the period of stress and cytokine dynamic by age group and sex. In the study 70 subjects with second degree of stress aged 40, and 20 subjects with 0 degree of stress in control group were chosen. We defined cortizol content in blood sample by ELIZA method with the help of antibody and monoclonal anti-cortizol. Seeing from results of the study content of cortizol is more in blood sample and ability of body acceptance increases in the end of the period of stress anxiety, ability of patience, stress also affect to excretion of cytokine therefore function of immune system is lost.
It revealed by increase of IL-6, TNFa Mongolian women are more affected to stress more than men it is distinguished from other researchers result.
