Абстракт

The main objective of the study was to design a simple diagnostic method based on clinical findings and haemostatic criteria. For this purpose we evaluate clinical and laboratory finding of preeclampsia and investigate specific changes in the hemostasis during pregnancy to design diagnostic algorhythm, standard and criteria. We analyzed clinical findings and laboratory results and evaluated specifics of hemostasis to develop diagnostic criteria and scheme. As a result, in order to evaluate the effect of multiple factors, including the clinical findings, a factor analysis was performed. According to the study results, clinical factors that can have a potential effect on preeclampsia were clustered. Mean levels of specific coagulation parameters were compared and the most common coagulation parameters on preeclampsia based on factor analysis were summarized. Thus in order to highlight the importance a certain scheme when assessing the risk of developing coagulation disorder, we have developed an algorithm. Using the Logit model, a mathematical model was developed and its effectiveness has been evaluated. In conclusions, during pregnancies complicated with preeclampsia, hypercoagulation deepens. The five main parameters indicating the status of coagulation system can provide a wealth of information on the changes in the coagulation system. The algorhythm and the mathematical model developed using the values of these parameters can be widely applied to the diagnosis and treatment of preeclampsia in the clinical practice. Abbreviations: ATR - avtive time of recalcification, APPT - activated prothrombin time
