INFLUENCE OF ACUPUNCTURE STIMULATION METHODS OVER SKELETAL MUSCLE CELL APOPTOSIS INDUCED BY EXERCISES AT DIFFERENT INTENSITY IN RATS

Абстракт
Objectives: To explore the mechanism of influence of acupuncture stimulation
methods at different intensity over the skeletal muscle cell correlation by observing the
influence of exercises over skeletal muscle cell apoptosis induced by exercises at
different intensity.
Methods: In the research, the rat model of exercise-induced fatigue was established by
training intensity a total of seven groups including quiet control group, low-intensity
exercise model group, medium-intensity exercise model group, high -intensity exercise
model group, low-intensity exercise with stimulation acupuncture group, mediumintensity
exercise with stimulation acupuncture group and high-intensity exercise with
stimulation acupuncture group was set up. The thibabituric acid method, xanthine
oxidase method, coomassie brilliant blue method, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) test
kit and Western-Blot were used to detect the contents of maleic dialdehyde (MDA),
superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD), bcl-2, bax protein, activity of glutathione
peroxidase (GSH-Px), as well as bcl-2 and bax protein expression in skeletal muscle
tissues. Observe the changes respectively, study the relevance and explore the
intrinsical links.
