Абстракт
Background: Gurgum-7 in traditional medicine is reputed for its treating liver, stomach
and cardiac disorders, moreover, it is known for its rejuvenation action. The aim of this study
was to identify some compound of traditional medicine Gurgum-7 by TLC method. .
Methods: Biological active substances in Gurgum-7 were determined by Thin Layer
Сhromatography. Mongolian pharmacopoeia was used for determination of quality
parameters of traditional medicine Gurgum-7. Moisture, ash and amount of extracted
substance were revealed. Total flavonoids determined by spectrophotometry.
Results: Identified compounds were Carthamus tinctorius and Dracocephalum foetidum
Bge of Gurgum-7 in traditional medicine by TLC method. Quality parameters of Gurgum-7
in traditional medicine were defined as: total flavonoids content 8.8±0.25%, moisture
5,48±0.01%, ash 24,17±0.05%, amount of extracted substance 30,23±0.78%.
