Абстракт
Calvatia gigantea belongs to the Lycoperdaceae. Mushrooms of Lycoperdaceae
contain lipid, hydrocarbon, protein, vitamin, mineral elements and polyphenol compounds
(hydrolysable and condensed tannins).
In Mongolia grow over 10 species of C.gigantea (Dr.Uranchimeg C., 1982-1989) and it
prevails in Khangai, Khentii, Khuvsgul steppe and forest area.
C.gigantea has antibacterial, styptic and anticancer effects. Also, in traditional medicine
it used to treat wound, intoxication and stabilize blood.
We studied the chemical components of C.gigantea which was collected in June-August
from Gachuurt, Ulaanbaatar.
We have studied Calvatia gigantea by using color reaction method, thin layer
chromatography (TLC) and spectrophotometer. The result of the research shows that the
Calvatia gigantea dominantly contains polyphenol.
On the basis of the research was determined that the compound of polyphenol in the
Calvatia gigantea comprises 1.3-4%.
