Background: The aim of this study was to prepare tablet from Lonicera altaica Pall.
Methods: Extragent, suitable size of crushed and Coefficient of solvent-holding capacity were determined by I. A. Muraveiv’s and Yu. G. Pshukov’s methods. Extract were prepared by A.I Chulkov`s repercolation method. Mongolian pharmacopoeia was used for determination of quality parametry of extractum spissum of the Lonicera altaica Pall. The granule`s was prepara by wet granulator. The flowability and moulder weight were determined by Lucy Wan Sai Cheong`s methods.
Results: Suitable technological parameters were defined as: extragent-70% ethanol with 1% citric acid, suitable size of crushed – 1mm, Coefficient of solvent-holding capacity is 1.45.
Quality parameters of the extractum spissum were determined as: total flavonoid content 7.3%, anthocyanin content 2556.2 мг/%, moisture 24.5%, heavy metal аnd total bacteria was not detected in the extractum spissum.
Conclusion: Suitable excipients were defined as: Diluent – lactose, binder – water, disintegrant – methylcellulose, lubricant – talcum.
