Абстракт

Study aim: To evaluate the morphological difference of placental tissue after premature delivery with and without pre-eclampsia.

Materials and methods: The study was done in department of premature birth and pathology laboratory at the MCHRC. Study subjects were 75 women with pre-eclampsia and 75 women without pre-eclapmsia treated in premature birth department during the period of 2008-2009.

Study results:  Deficit of utero-placental circulation cases represented 64.7% (n 97) in all 150 study subjects, 84% (n 63) in case group of 75 study subjects, 45.3% (n 63) in control group of 75 study subjects.  Presented cases of pre-eclampsia. Blood coagulation disorder rate was 41.3% (n 31) for case group whereas the rate was 20% (n 15) for control group. By comparing these indications we can see that the deficit of utero-placental circulation was 6.3 times more whereas blood coagulation disorder was three times more (OR=2.8) in mothers with pre-eclampsia. (Р<0.001 ). Mothers, who had a pre-mature delivery, with pre-eclampsia showed 6 times more deficit of utero-placental circulation and 3 times more blood coagulation disorder in comparison to mothers, who had a pre-mature delivery, without pre-eclampsia. (Р<0.001). However, placentititis rate for mothers, who had a pre-mature delivery, without pre-eclampsia was two times more.  (Р<0.001).

Conclusion: In women with pre-eclampsia, the utero -placental circulation deficit and blood coagulation disorder were observed six and three fold respectively (P<0.001). Deficit of utero-placental circulation and blood coagulation disorder commonly occur in mothers with urogenital pathology and the rates for the pathologies were 84.4% and 40% respectively. (Р< 0.001). 85.3% of all mothers who had delivered a new-born with asphyxia showed deficit of utero-placental circulation.
